Take a guided tour of the most beautiful mountain herb garden in the Swiss Alps in the Pays d’Enhaut above the municipality of Rossinière. In the herb garden, which is laid out on small terraces, plants such as edelweiss, absinth and Moroccan mint grow.
Cosmetics, candles, teas, syrups and even chocolate are produced from the dried herbs. This walk is a real treat for any foodie.
